Dr. Paige Poisson

Dr. Paige is fantastic and so is her staff. I had previously seen her for Botox to treat bruxism and decided to make the switch when I saw how many others had positive experiences with her practice for regular dental care. I really appreciate her conservative approach, easygoing manner, and both the friendliness and professionalism of the whole office. The Saturday appointments are also a huge plus for anyone with a long work week.

My experience with Dr Paige was some the best medical care I have received to date. Her staff was welcoming and professional, the office was pristine and comfortable and Dr Paige made my concerns feel valid, understood and fixable! She took time to explain what was going on and together we agreed upon a plan of care to resolve the issues. I can tell Dr Paige is well-connected and offered great referrals for other necessary services. Above all, the way Dr Paige treated her associates stood out to me the most and is something I value in a provider. I could tell there is mutual respect and she cares about educating and bettering her staff. That made the experience unique from other medical practices I’ve visited in the past and I look forward to returning— something I never thought I’d say about the dentist!

Very professional and nice approach! There was a mix-up with the timing and our appointment directly was changed to the next morning. Staff was helpful and efficient.

The staff made me feel very comfortable in the office. It’s a really cute environment made to make you feel assured. Dr. Paige was informative and sweet.

I was nervous going into the dentist for the first time in several years, especially after a previous experience where a dentist highlighted how yellow my teeth were and how badly I needed whitening, which I didn't walk in wanting. Halsted St. Dental was delightful in comparison. They were accommodating, super friendly, met me at my level and explained everything they were doing as well as thoroughly explaining the condition of my teeth. From Lauren at the front desk, who recognized me from our correspondence and was extremely clear, as well as helping me figure out a schedule so that I didn't have to pay a ton all at once for follow up visits, to Renee the dental technician who was very attentive, explanatory, didn't ask me too many questions with tools in my mouth (!!) and clearly cognizant of me being nervous, to Dr. Ernie himself who was awesomely honest and up front and didn't seem pressed to suggest treatments I didn't think absolutely necessary -- in fact, assured me that some things I were worried about needing to fix didn't need lengthy treatment at all -- the experience was spectacular and has definitely relaxed me about going back.

Great service from the start to the end of my first visit. The front desk staff was so welcoming and accommodating. The nurse was very kind and the doctor was very helpful and took great care.

Today was my first time and he was so great and very helpful. The staff as well was amazing and it felt like I knew them from a long time.

Dr. Ernest and his staff were friendly and non judgmental. They made me feel comfortable and motivated to take better care of my teeth.
