I absolutely hate going to the dentist but I sucked it up and went. She was so nice and kind. She showed me a better way to floss after finding out that I don't floss at all! The office staff was very kind and understanding with my situation and helped me schedule my next 2 appts. I actually am a little excited about going to the dentist!

Great service and staff! Unfortunately they were running late and I didn’t get in to see them until 30 minutes after my appointment time. But I’m not holding that against them and I will be going back to see the dentist there!

Good service, the doctor was very friendly. Only downside is they told me my appt was at 2:30 and when I got there I was told by the front desk person that my appt was actually at 3:00 but they tell you it’s earlier so you have enough time to fill out the paperwork. I was told she was going back to eat lunch and that someone would come get me at 3pm. I was done with the paperwork by 3:32 and sat there frustrated for almost 30min while they were eating in the back... Another guy also came in for a 3pm and was told his actual time was 3:45, so I’m clearly not the only one this happened to. If your appointment is on a weekday afternoon, they should know some people have to take off of work for that and should be a little more respectful of peoples time. Otherwise was an ok visit and I booked my next appt before leaving.

Dr. Bogacki listened to what I had to say before she started the dental work. I explained my situation and she really tailored my experience to what I needed. I asked that she be open with my care and teach me what she was doing during the appointment, and she did with such care and detail. I enjoyed every minute with her!
