Dr. Kavita Patel

She was super approachable and kind. Talked me through everything and answered any questions I had. Plus she knew I was on a time crunch in between meetings and accommodated me!

I’m not a fan of going to the dentist, which is why it’d been ~3 years since my last visit. I finally booked my first appointment with Dr. Patel which was earlier today. She and the hygienist, Danielle, we’re fantastic. Made me feel comfortable, incredibly personable, and explaining to me what they were doing throughout the check up and filling process. Would recommend to anyone.

Pure Dental Spa was professional and had awesome complimentary services to offer (the neck pillow in particular!). Ashley the dental technician and Dr. Patel were both great and thorough in explaining my dental plan and flexible in working with my schedule!

Excellent doctor and hygienists

This office was beautiful! So calm and comfortable. Definitely is a dental SPA! The dental hygienist and the dentist were both so kind. I booked another appointment for the service I need as well.

The doctor was very thorough and took her time to explain and answer all questions. The receptionist worked out different plans to get as much covered and keep costs down. It was an amazing experience!

Dr. Patel was efficient and thorough and catered to my needs. She developed a treatment plan that I am satisfied with and I definitely will be coming back! The office also provided spa services, which made the experience especially unique--it didn't even feel like a dental appointment!

Dr. Patel was very kind to my boys as they are very apprehensive about going to the dentist. Her pricing is slightly higher than I've seen but the amenities of the spa make up for it. Very friendly staff and a clean area made the visit even better.

I highly recommend Pure Dental Spa! The complimentary treatments (like a paraffin hand wax and eye mask) are amazing perks at a dental office. Truly the royal treatment. On top of all that, the staff are efficient, kind, and friendly!

Welcoming office, nice atmosphere. Staff presents you with a list of complimentary amenities that you can choose to go with your reservation. I choose the hand wax treatment. Really nice. Dental assistant gave tour of the office & technology they use. Great first experience

I was wowed literally from the moment I walked in! The service was some of the best I've experienced in any industry, but I was especially impressed for it being a dental office. I felt comfortable and at ease every moment of the way, and loved that they talked to me on a very real level. Also, thanks for not shaming me for not flossing :)

Everyone was very proffessional. I was throughly impressed. Office clean and the staff was very proffessional. I have been looking for a dentist for over two years. I think I've found my dental home. I'll keep you posted.

The most comforting and helpful dental visit i've had in years. She had a completely empathetic bedside manner, I felt relaxed and the place looked exceptionally clean. They cleared all my concerns up and made what's been an incredibly painful experience thus far so much more pleasant.

Just had my first cleaning and initial visit with Dr. Kavita Patel and Emily. They were super welcoming, gave me information about how to improve my dental health for preventing future cavities, and also, from an aesthetic standpoint as I get closer to my wedding. Emily was gentle and thorough when cleaning my teeth, and was very easy to talk to. Dr. Kavita Patel was very approachable and explained all of my imaging, as well as rationale for everything she wanted to do to improve my dental health overall.

I hadn't been to the dentist in over 5+ years. Dr. Patel made me feel right at home. Very personable & gregarious. I'm looking forward to my appointment in six months time.

I had been going to my previous dentist since I was a teenager before moving to the West Loop, so the next one I was going to see was going to have to fill some big shoes. After seeing other recommendations for the practice, both my wife and I decided to give Pure Dental Spa a visit. That evening, Dr. Kavita and hygenist, Ashley gave top notch service. I appreciated their attention to detail and explaining of all the steps they were doing. As for the space, it's very impressive with their clean, bright reception area and then calm, warm tones in the rest of the office. On top of that, hearing spa like music in the background versus the normal radio chatter makes the time pass by, as does being able to watch tv in the chair with headphones, or having an eye mask and the hand wax treatment. Would totally recommend Pure Dental Spa to my co-workers or fellow West Loop residents.

Very thorough dentist and dental hygienist. They were all very personable and I felt like they weren’t in it for the money. Highly recommend Dr. Patel and her staff!
