Dr. Katrina Fisher received her bachelor's degree in Biology from Texas Christian University. She went on to attend dental school at the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio where she graduated #1 in her class. While in San Antonio, she also completed a Preceptorship in Dental Implantology, which provided her with extra training in implant placement and restoration. Dr. Fisher wants her patients to be comfortable and well-cared for from start to finish. In order to provide her patients with high quality care, she attends numerous continuing education courses to stay up to date with dental research and technology. She is a member of the dental honor society, Omicron Kappa Upsilon, the Academy of General Dentistry, the American Dental Association, The Chicago Dental Society, and the Illinois State Dental Society. She is also a volunteer at Goldie's Place, a dental clinic that provides free care to the homeless population of Chicago. Although she's a Texas native, Dr. Fisher has fallen in love with Chicago. She lives in the city with her husband and two dogs. In her free time she enjoys reading, cooking, attending Chicago Cubs games, trying new restaurants, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.
