Why should patients choose you as their provider instead of others in the area?

Dr. Heffez is passionate about dentistry as it allows her to use her artistic and communication skills to restore oral health. She received her Doctor of Dental Surgery from the Marquette University of Dentistry. It was there that she perfected both the relational and technical aspects of dentistry: caring deeply for her patients while giving them the smile they deserve. Her devotion to her work coupled with a palpable kindness and authenticity is what sets Dr. Heffez apart.

What are the top 3 treatments that you focus on?

I focus on treatments needed for the patient. Whether it is simple fillings and crowns to full mouth reconstruction, a thorough treatment plan will be discussed with the patient.

What are you proud of in your practice?

As an associate in the practice I am very proud of the dynamics of how our office runs and treats patients. There is a strong communication amongst the staff and doctors that creates a pleasant office environment for both employees and patients.

Which cases do you enjoy treating? Why?

As a general dentist I like to focus on the patients needs. My main goal to to make sure the patient is happy and has a beautiful smile when they are finished with their treatment. Crowns are just one way in which this can be done. I enjoy working on crown cases as well as filling restorations, but ultimately the end goal is what the patients needs to be happy.
