Dr. David Choi

I recently moved to Chicago and needed a new dentist. I called his dental office a few times about the appointment, and the calls were answered right away each time by a friendly person. My visit was smooth, with no wait time. A dental hygeist Lindsy was very nice, and her work was gentle and meticulous. Dr. Choi spent time listening to my concerns and answering my questions. I did not feel rushed or anything. The only thing I wish for better is that the appointments are booked up so quickly and hard to change. Other than that, it was definitely a good find.

He was professional, pay attention to detail, and honest! I needed something to be done and he was not pushy. The office is very organised and clean. Every staff from front desk to backend is nice and friendly.

Overall experience at the clinic has been great. The facility is clean and very customer friendly, my teeth cleaning experience was the best. I had a quick conversation with Dr Choi, and will go back for a second appointment for more of my teeth issue.

They explained everything in detail and gave me options. I love how the Doctor didn't make it about my insurance and felt he gave me the best recommendation based on maximizing my dental health. I felt truly taken care of and my concerns were heard. Adriana was also very friendly at the front and helpful with booking my appointments. Overall extremely happy with my visit! I already told my family about them and will be recommending anyone looking for an exceptional dentist!

I had a fantastic experience at this office. Everybody was friendly and inviting, my hygienist was stellar, and Dr. Choi is amazing. Going to the dentist isn't everyone's cup of tea, to be sure, but Dr. Choi's office does a great job at putting its patient at ease and making the whole experience as comfortable as possible. The patient can watch Netflix in the exam room while they wait for the hygienist and doctor, they give special sunglasses for the exam to avoid too much light in your eyes, they have numbing cream for the gums (no needles) to make the cleaning process more comfortable... They've really thought of everything! 10/10!
