Amazing dentist office! Everyone was very nice, polite, friendly, and helpful. I was comfortable the entire time, and all of my questions were answered with consideration (I never felt rushed). I will not be going anywhere else! I emphatically recommend going to Dr. Simpson!

I went in for a routine checkup- cleaning and scaling. The staff was very courteous and helpful. The doctor x-rayed my teeth and provided a detailed overview about whatever she’ll be doing. Everything was confirmed about my insurance before proceeding, so that there were no surprises in the future. The whole procedure didn’t take very long and I liked the way the attending doctor was going over and explaining everything.

From the front desk clerk, to the hygienist, to the doctor, everyone was great. They answered all of my questions without me even asking them. Even being my first time going that particular dentist, they made me feel as if I've been going there for a lifetime.

This was my first time at Wicker Park Dental Studio. The staff made me feel very welcome. I especially appreciated the time Jenna (who I believe is a hygienist) took to listen to my concerns & help me better understand what is or could be happening in my mouth. Dr. Simpson was also friendly and helpful in laying out next steps for my treatment. I was pretty nervous about this appointment, but the staff helped me feel comfortable & begin to get the treatment that will help improve & maintain my oral health.

Dr. Simpson was great...quick and did what needed to be done. I chipped my bonding off my front tooth and he fixed it in 45 mins. Smiles
