Dr. Alaleh Dowlatshahi

Very gentle and quick but thorough work.

The receptionist was very accomodating and friendly. The technician who took my X-rays was speedy and efficient; then she did the first part of the cleaning very gently . Dr. Dowlatshahi did not spare any mote of plaque, and she answered my questions very well.

I had a great experience with Dr. Alaleh. Her office was able to explain the cost of the visit ahead of time which was great.

Dr. Alaleh's office is very clean and a friendly place! They had music playing, and there's a big ol' TV in front of the chair while you're getting worked on. They gave me great tips to add to my morning/night routine, and I was in and out in an hour! Extremely affordable (I have insurance), very professional. Highly recommended!

I am pretty uptight and generally dislike dental experiences. The staff was kind, gentle, and accommodating. I will definitely go back. I would not have found them without Opencare BTW.

Really great! The hygienist gave me tips no dental professional had given me before. She taught me how to take care of my fillings, something the dentist who gave me the fillings never taught me.

I had the BEST experience with this office! They were extremely friendly and super informative. From the moment you walk in, you feel welcomed and taken care of. Plus, I was given some tips and tricks in regards to my dental health that were super helpful. 10/10 will be going back!!

Much gentler than my other experiences with dentists. Explained how to fix certain problems without being overbearing. Plus my teeth feel great. All in all, would definitely go back.

They were extremely friendly, informative and helpful explaining the procedure and options to me. Didn’t have a wait other than a little paperwork. Everyone was very nice and informative. My dentist even walked me through my x-rays to explain what she was seeing. Have already recommended her to others.

She was very straightforward and clear with my dental needs and suggesting ways to improve my dental health! She and her staff were very professional and I appreciated their setup and attention to detail.

The office was in a surprising location, just two blocks from Wrigley Field, but felt like an office you'd see downtown once you walk in. They were warm and welcoming. My overall experience was easy and smooth, which was great because it had been so long since I went to the dentist.

Dr. Alaleh was extremely professional and was patient with me and explained the process and offered additional services, but was not pushy which I appreciated. Very friendly staff.

I was a bit overdue for a dental appointment and overwhelmed with being in a new city. Dr. Aleleh and her hygienist were so kind and gentle with me, and my teeth feel so good now!! I also appreciate the time Dr.Aleleh took to explain exactly what she was doing and why, along with pictures of my mouth so I really understood. I cannot recommend them enough.

Great experience

My experience at Homerun was okay. Dr. Alaleh got the job done efficiently. She was also very quick, so I appreciated that.

I hadn't been to the dentist in probably 10 years because it terrifies me. Dr. Dowlatshahi and her staff were very patient and nonjudgemental and I'm happy to have somewhere to go now.

Overall easy and friendly experience

The doctor and staff was very friends. I learned new things about oral cage that nobody ever explained it to me before the doctor here. They do have their own parking, in Wrigleyville that's very important.
