Best dental experience I've had so far ! The space is very modern, welcoming, and well-maintained. The staff are wonderful. I've never felt more educated and empowered to successfully maintain my dental health.

Great first experience with Dr. Diehl and his team. Dorothy at the front desk was very friendly, greeted me by name on my first visit, and had a mini water bottle and paperwork ready upon arrival. Lisa, the dental hygenist was phenomenal, very friendly, and explained everything along the way. Dr. Diehl was highly professional, talked me through everything, provided recommendations for follow-ups, and was very attentive to my concerns. Overall, 10/10 experience, and I highly recommend!

I went in for my a cleaning and this was my first time here. Loved every minute of my visit there at Dr.Diehl's. Starting from Dorothy at the front desk, Lisa, the hygienist, Sean and then finally Dr. Diehl, every one of them were so kind and treated me the utmost importance. Excellent bedside manner and both Lisa and Dr. Diehl explained everything they possibly could to make me understand the condition of my teeth.

From the moment I walked into the office, everyone was welcoming and attentive. Dr. Diehl took the time to explain every part of my treatment and addressed my concerns no matter how small. I left the office feeling heard and feeling like my teeth were in good hands.

It was exactly what I expected, with the exception that I had to fill out forms that I filled out on here too. I hadn't been in 1+ years so I figured it'd take a long time, but it took the 1.5 hrs as expected. No wait (which was perfect) and then a simple tour and explanation of what we were doing. Couldn't have asked for much better! Also, for those of you who are really thorough, he was too, actually providing a care plan and everything, keeping a "watch" on 1 of my teeth that is likely to get a cavity, etc. Recommend for sure.

They started with a tour of the office and made sure to ask detailed questions to understand me and my history thoroughly and to also keep me well informed about all the details of the appointment and next steps. I didn't feel pressured into making any unnecessary purchases/decisions.

Everything was great! Very clean, very friendly staff. Booked my next check up right away. Very welcoming atmosphere​.

Thanks to Pure Design, I actually look forward to going to the dentist. The practice is incredibly clean and modern, which makes for a welcoming space. Summer, the primary dental hygienist, is incredible. She is very gentle and goes above and beyond to make sure her patients are comfortable. She gives thoughtful recommendations on dental products and services that will be a benefit, rather than just trying to upsell. Pure Design has offered me the best dental experience I've ever had. For those who hate the dentist, Pure Design will cure you.

This place is amazing. I just went for the first time and was blown away. Ten minutes after walking in, my x-rays were done and the Dr was walking in to give me a consultation. He takes his time and explains everything very well and is super polite and courteous. One of my favorite things about the experience is, after laying out some options for identified problems, he send in someone to do an insurance consultation with you. That what you know what each one is going to cost you out-of-pocket, and the best way to use your insurance dollars. The office, all of the equipment, and ALL of the staff are completely first class.

Everyone in the office was wonderful. They have top of the line equipment and explain everything as they are working with you. Also, Dr. Diehl stayed much later than expected to fill cavities after my cleaning. This is a huge plus for me. I have already made follow appointments, and feel like I finally found my dentist after visiting various offices.

Absolutely love this practice!! The Staff there are helpful and knowledgeable about Dentistry and the doctor was easy to talk to. I highly recommend Dr.Diehl and his staff.

I love this place. Ultra modern and comfortable with a friendly staff. I was in and out pretty quick and really liked having all of the procedures explained to me on the flat screen monitor so I knew what was going on. The Dr. was very good at explaining exactly what he was doing and making sure I was comfortable. I've bounced around from dentist to dentist over my years in Chi, but I'll be staying at Pure Design.
