I recently had the pleasure of visiting The Art of Dentistry, and I couldn't be more impressed with the professionalism and kindness of the entire staff. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and a genuine sense of hospitality. The front desk team made check-in smooth and efficient, ensuring I felt comfortable right away. The dental professionals were exceptional—knowledgeable, thorough, and patient. They took the time to explain every step of the process, answering all my questions with clear, reassuring explanations. It's clear that they are dedicated not just to providing excellent dental care, but also to making patients feel at ease and valued. The atmosphere of the office was welcoming and calming, which made the whole experience enjoyable. It’s rare to find a dental practice where the staff's commitment to both professionalism and kindness truly stands out. My appointment was at 10am. I arrived on time, but wasn’t seen until 10:45am. I made an appointment for a cleaning, but we started with X-rays. The dental assistant taking my X-rays also informed my that she was also the office manager. “If they would stop calling me, I could get your X-rays done” she kept telling me. Needless to say, the X-rays took about 30 minutes, too. After my X-rays were completed, I sat in the chair for another 20mins waiting for the dentist to come in and talk about my X-rays. After going into detail explaining all the work that needed to be done, I was told to come back in two days to immediately start my dental work. I’m thinking the dental hygienist would come in to start my cleaning, but I was told to wait in the lobby. After waiting another 20minutes, I walked to the front desk to ask what I was actually waiting for. I was told I was waiting for an explanation of my dental work charges. I thought I was waiting to get my teeth cleaned; what I originally made the appointment for! I told them, I have to go; after all, this appointment was growing to two hours! I was called into a room to “discuss” payments and set up next appointment(s). After I asked what happened to my cleaning, I was told to come back next week for that! Wait, what??? So for two hours, I only received painful X-rays??? I returned to the front desk to ask how much my visit would be and I ended up paying for X-rays only. Wow. Total waste of time; I will never return, and as a first time patient, this experience will sit with me for a long time. I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND ART OF MODERN DENTISTRY!

I love the Doctors realness it is much needed and that approach is required to understand the extend of what is required and the seriousness of the condition.

The doctor I chose on Opencare is Dr. Christopher Isabelle from Art of Modern Dentistry South Loop Office. But They gave me Dr. Farideh Daftary without asking for my approval. Later I was told that Dr. Farideh Daftary was not in the network of Metlife (but Dr. Christopher Isabelle is ). So, I ended up paying around 400 dollars more for not being in the network. My experience was a nightmare... It also took them three months and three visits to do a simple dental exam and cleaning, bravo!

It was good. They said that they were in network but my insurance charged me as out of network.

The office is modern, and well designed. While the staff was kind and accommodating for scheduling, I was denied my standard routine cleaning due to them pushing for a deep cleaning. It felt unethical being denied service I had signed up for and feel that this should be properly noted.

Nice modern decor with friendly and professional staff. Highly recommended! Plus, they do not have long waits and schedule very fast. Staff accommodated and made me feel important.

So far Dr, Isabelle has been great. Lets you know how assessment and goes to work! Very calm and very professional.
