About

Providing a Dental Home for children age 0-17 living in Champaign or Urbana, Illinois; adults age 18 are welcome but must show proof they are currently enrolled in high school. Patients must be covered by Illinois Medicaid or a Medicaid MCO. Services are by appointment and include twice yearly exams and cleanings as well as restorative care for cavities. The clinic also visits all Champaign and Urbana Public Preschool through Middle Schools to provide exams, cleanings and some restorative care.
