Hello, I’m Dr. Richard Yai. I am truly honored to join Dr. Ackerman’s team as an associate dentist. Born and raised in Fremont, California, I am genuinely excited about the opportunity to serve this amazing community. My journey in the dental field began with a degree in molecular cell biology from UC Berkeley in 2008, where I also pursued a minor in music. Later, I earned my DDS degree from Loma Linda University in Southern California in 2013—a place that, coincidentally, Dr. Ackerman also calls his alma mater!
