Rates were not too clear for me. I got told that my coverage will cover 100% and then I still to have pay 40 dollars.

Overall I had a good experience!

It started with calling my name wrong. I was led to the teeth cleaning room and the hygienist started cleaning my teeth after the initial questions. However, I was not explained that what process I was going to go through during my Visit. The cleaning process was done quickly to accommodate the next appointment possibly. That's fine. Next was X-ray session. It went good . Spoke with the Dr. Zahir about the wisdom teeth removal and orthodontics options. Up to this point I was ok with the process. After making the payment at the reception, X-ray tech came back to get me and said something was not completed. I went back and he quickly apply fluoride on my teeth and said I was done and I could leave. Later, looking at the Invoice I realized that the team at dentist office realized that they did not complete all the procedures on the Invoice after I made the payment. In short, it did not give me an experience like a new client should get and I think the team didn't care enough nor paid attention to details during the entire process.

The staff are incredibly helpful, accommodating, and friendly. They were punctual with the appointment, and I had a great experience with my dental cleaning.

Cindy at the Reception was amazing! It was my first time there and I was there for initial checkup and cleaning. Both of them were one hour each and they had everything done in a timely manner. Dr. MacArthur was great. He explained everything very nicely and took time to answer all the questions. Very knowledgeable and I would definitely recommend this dental clinic. Had a great first experience.

Cleaning caused more than normal bleeding, could have been done gently to avoid that.

Dr Piccoli is very knowledgeable, bubbly, positive and kind. She was very patient and thorough and reassuring if you have dental anxiety. McKenzie, her assistant, was also very friendly, patient and walked me through the treatment plan. Overall, they worked really well as a team. Will go back again!

Absolutely amazing service. From the welcoming and friendly environment, staff that makes you feel comfortable and throughly explains everything in detail, to Dr.MacArthur taking his time to really check everything through and not rushed . He also obtains excellent knowledge with what he is doing. Best dental clinic I’ve ever been too in my 32 years.

Dr. Picolli is very knowledgeable and professional. She explained to me everything what I need to do about the condition of my teeth. So happy and comfortable with her.

Great doctor! Very knowledgeable, thorough and professional. Answered all my questions as well. Highly recommended! Showed me all my x-rays, which was unexpected, but welcome service. The clinic is also in a great location with covered parking. Check in was fast stress free. Everyone was polite and professional. Nothing to complain about.
