Thorough cleaning and professional all around. Experience with the hygienist and dentist was nothing but pleasant, however, the dental assistant missed applying fluoride on the entire right bottom side of the teeth.

The staff was super friendly and assisted me with my insurance and solved my doubts regarding the whole process. The doctors and staff were also friendly and polite and very thorough with the examination.

Good , practice looks good from inside. Staff good and dentist was pro active to consult and upsell various types of preventative treatments and procedures for future, which I like as it gives me ideas as well. Different style of working so I would have to get used to it compared to previous dentists in the sense that the procedure I used to get done in 3units of scaling took 5-6units of scaling with same level of deposit , gap as prior appointments elsewhere.

It is rare to find a clinic where everyone, from the receptionists and dental assistants to the hygienists and dentists, is so kind and attentive. They all took the time to listen to my concerns, and I never felt rushed. I truly felt like a valued client. Hermie was an absolute gem to talk to, and Ryan is a great conversationalist. Both made me feel surprisingly comfortable at the dentist. The receptionists were lovely and patient, helping me sort out my insurance as a new client. Although my appointment was delayed, I was compensated with a gift card, which I appreciated, even though the excellent service already made up for it. I was, however, surprised by the ongoing renovations, which I wasn't expecting when I walked in but this was very minor. Thanks, Pathways team!
