All the people who treated me were very friendly and used common language to explain what they were doing in my mouth and what they wanted to do in the future. I felt like I was being treated as a person rather than a patient.

I didn't meet Dr. Wong today, but Dr. Liu was great, and the dental assistant, Shatur (I think), was also fantastic. They explained the process really well, made me feel calm, and answered my questions in a way I could understand. Great experience overall.

Dr. Wong, along with the dental assistant and other employees, were very welcoming and nonjudgmental. I have lots of anxiety about the dentist and I left feeling optimistic and encouraged for my future oral health. They were very understanding of my hesitations and concerns and explained things in great detail.
