The dentist is kind and warm. She has done a great job.

The location was really convenient for me since it's right in Metropolis versus my previous dentist in downtown where parking was always a struggle. Mario at the front desk was really friendly and I enjoyed my consultation with Minh and Dr. Justin Balough. Everything was easy but I wish they could submit claims on my behalf so I would have one less step to do lol

All good except it pained a bit during the cleaning process.

He is very attentive and caring. The instructions are easy to follow and adjust the frequency based on my feeling. However, i am not so sure in my case i need a follow up visit to finish my cleaning.

Dr. Balogh is very experienced and gives great suggestions for my situation. He's attentive and is very gentle during the treatment.

Dr Sra, was amazing and gave me great recommendations that would help me prevent any cavities and explained it all in detail.

Very good to explain my teeth condition. There’s a staff’s name is Sophie cleaned my teeth, she’s very patient and careful to the patient.

I must say that it was a truly positive experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and made me feel at ease throughout the entire process. The dental hygienist was very thorough and gentle, and took the time to answer all of my questions and provide helpful tips for maintaining good oral hygiene. The dentist was also very knowledgeable and professional, and provided clear explanations of my dental health status and recommendations for future care.
