I recently visited Madison Dental Clinic at Madison Town Centre in Burnaby, BC, and had an excellent experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm and welcoming, making me feel comfortable right away. The clinic is clean, modern, and well-organized, which gave me a lot of confidence in their professionalism. Dr. Lim and the dental hygienists were incredibly thorough and gentle during the examination and cleaning process. They took the time to explain each step of the procedure and answered all my questions patiently. I appreciated how they focused on preventive care and provided personalized recommendations for maintaining good oral health. Scheduling an appointment was easy, and they were punctual, which I greatly valued. Dr. Wayne is super funny and is able to make you understand your dental situation in the easiest way! Amazing service that the entire clinic provided, as well for the cleaning with Jenny, she was a pleasure to be with! The receptionist (her name starts with a T, I forgot her name!) was super nice and understanding, able to provide everything I’ve asked for. We thought the whole visit was going to take about 30 minutes, but it turned out to be 3 hours. But that’s nothing for us as we had a wonderful time there! Overall 10/10 experience!
