I recently visited Madison Dental, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The entire team was professional, kind, and attentive. The staff made me feel comfortable and informed throughout the process, patiently answering all my questions.

Friendly and welcoming staff. As a new patient, I received a free toothbrush. I had a thorough cleaning and some fillings done, all of which were quick and painless.

I recently visited Madison Dental Clinic at Madison Town Centre in Burnaby, BC, and had an excellent experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm and welcoming, making me feel comfortable right away. The clinic is clean, modern, and well-organized, which gave me a lot of confidence in their professionalism. Dr. Lim and the dental hygienists were incredibly thorough and gentle during the examination and cleaning process. They took the time to explain each step of the procedure and answered all my questions patiently. I appreciated how they focused on preventive care and provided personalized recommendations for maintaining good oral health. Scheduling an appointment was easy, and they were punctual, which I greatly valued. The appointment ran quite long with the assessment and cleaning, but my experience was good, especially with the doctor at the end who thoroughly explained all of my options for potential treatments. I was very happy to hear these options so I could make the best informed decision for my next steps.
