Dr. Norman Wong graduated Dental School from UBC in 1988. Professionally, Dr. Norman Wong’s desire is to connect with his patients and provide comfortable, quality-conscious dentistry. As for insurance, we are a non-assignment office. Which means, that you pay for your dental treatment upfront and are reimbursed by your insurance. We will do all of the filing of claims and pre-determinations on your behalf.
