Dr. Alexandra Zemskova began her journey into dentistry in 2004, with her studies at the City University of New York where she completed her Bachelor’s degree in Biology with Honours in 2008 on a full scholarship. In 2012 Dr. Zemskova graduated with her Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from the University of Buffalo. During this time she received several awards of excellence in her field. After obtaining her DDS degree, Dr. Zemskova completed an Advanced Education in General Dentistry Residency at the University of Buffalo. Since 2016 Dr. Alexandra has established her own dental practice in Burlington, ON, Lakefront Family Dental. In addition to her responsibilities at Lakefront Family Dental, Dr. Zemskova has, since 2013, been an associate with Axis Dental Group, where many of her patients are children. Parents often seek her out because of her excellent reputation for quickly establishing rapport and building trust with children. Dr. Alexandra speaks English and Russian languages.

I absolutely recommend them for anyone; and if you are nervous or wary with dentistry, then this is the dentist for you. Dr. Zemskova is wonderful. She is really good at what she does. All the different services I've had there have amazing results. She answers all your questions patiently and doesn't rush you; she takes her time and is very efficient; she actually cares about her patient's health and what would be best for you, making personalized recommendations but never making you feel like you have to do something or make a decision on the spot. Dr. Zemskova's team are all really incredible people. Super friendly and knowledgeable, they are passionate about their work and make you feel comfortable in a safe space. The office environment was calm, almost like a spa. When I arrived in the operatory, the view of the lake was beautiful and relaxing. Dr. Alexandra was incredible professional and personal, really seeking to know her patients, taking time to do so. A stark difference from most dentists who feel more transactional.
