Dr. Niromi Fernando's office has friendly front desk staff, & dental hygenists, she was also very nice in introducing herself. She uses a new kind of technology to take a digital "picture" of your teeth that she is able to put up on a screen to review your teeth & bite (after the hygenist goes over your teeth with a wand. I appreciate that this service was free, (I wish I knew the name of it, the hygenist didn't know). I also appreciate that I was able to have to repeat x-rays, but still felt confident that I didn't have any cavities or other issues with this kind of imaging. This imaging also allowed Dr. Fernando to recommend orthodontic work that would prevent my gum recession from worsening, (if I could afford it). The most affordable repair for my non- perfect bite would have been 5,500. The cleaning service for my child was more affordable than our last dentist, so I appreciated that. Overall it was a good experience.

It had been awhile since I’ve been to a dentist so I was nervous! My experience here was wonderful! Everyone was so nice and welcoming. The appointment was professional and timely, and I was informed what was happening every step of the way. The office is warm and inviting! I highly recommend this practice to anyone searching for a fantastic dentist!

Dr. Niromi greeted me at the reception and was very friendly from the start. Her and her assistant did a thorough assessment and cleaning and gave me lots of feedback along the way. At the end, she showed me pictures of my x-rays and of the inside of my mouth to help provide a visual to give me a better understanding of her evaluation and recommendations. Dr. Niromi was very knowledgeable and provided me with lots of useful information to help with my overall oral health.

A job well done. This was my first ever visit to a dentist in 30 yrs (not very proud of the fact). Dr. Niromi took her time for regular dental health tasks, took pictures as needed and explained me what's what. I came out with clean teeth and lot more knowledge about dental health overall.

I had received several reminders from OpenCare about my appointment at 9am Monday March 2, but my appointment wasn't until the middle of March (not sure how that happened). However, the dental office went out of their way to fit me in!

Dr. Fernando is very thorough, she takes the time to go over x-rays and explain issues and also compliment patients who feel dental hygiene is a priority.
