Great experience with Burlington Family Dental. Dr. Gina Hanna is great, and her team are amazing. Best cleaning experience ever, thanks to Kathy. My dental procedure was difficult, but Dr. Gina and her team made it more bearable. Lori checked in to secure my follow-up appointment, is always pleasant and professional and if unable to answer my calls immediately, returns my messages in record time. Overall, an unpleasant situation was made easier by the caring and supportive attention of the dental professionals at Burlington Family Dental. I would have no hesitation in referring the team.

Dr. Hanna is very professional, kind and genuinely cares for her patients. The hygienists are very efficient and offer great advice. The appointment timings are flexible and I left very satisfied with my cleaning.

After not going to a dentist in several years (pre-pandemic!) due to a bad experience, I feel so silly after visiting Dr. Gina. She was great. She explained everything thoroughly, answered questions and was incredibly friendly. That goes the same for the others in the office as well. Fantastic place, and I am happy opencare found it for me.

Friendly staff, a thorough but painless and efficient cleaning, and they sent through my insurance claim for me so I didn't have to. They also went out of their way to book me on short notice, which was very much appreciated! Dr. Hanna performed the full examination and a Dental Hygienist took X-rays, performed a basic inspection, and did the cleaning, polishing, and fluoride treatment. I felt well taken care of, and was given good instructions for aftercare.
