A recent patient says this...Let me start by saying that I am a tough cookie to win over on customer service. I've managed it for five to six years and have always been held to a high standard for treating customers and I expect the same in return. Obviously, I won't receive it at all places. Secondly, I am terrified of the dentist. I mean, petrified. I cringe thinking about going. I was going to an office that knew my background for my dental history and only went to them because of that. I finally had enough and made the switch to this office after a friend referred me. When I called to schedule my appointment, you could tell the associate was smiling on the other end of the phone. It was an extremely pleasant phone call. I am currently doing orthodontic treatment and my questions were answered 100% while I was scheduling my appointment. All patient forms are electronic and you even sign on your phone, which is an awesome feature. I work in the medical field and can only dream of that feature being used with us, haha. When I got to this office for my appointment, the building was beautiful. When you walk in, there's a table with a Keurig and all different kinds of k cups on the table for customers. I got on the elevator and arrived at the actual office and was greeted by Janet. She was so sweet! She told me to help myself to coffee and not to be afraid to eat the candy displayed around the office. (An office who have two of my favorite things available at grabs is definitely a plus. For real.) The vibe of the office is so beautiful, elegant and so well put together. It was relaxing! I wouldn't have even thought I was at the dentist. There were massagers at the office as well, and also a huge TV in the waiting room. Paula was the technician who did my cleaning. She was so kind and got to know me while she was preparing to do my X-rays. It was so easy to talk with her. Paula asked if there was a channel I preferred to watch in the room and changed it for me. The exam room was also beautiful to match the entire office. There was a tv and a blanket on the exam chair for if you get cold, and also an additional chair to place your personal items. With my orthodontic treatment, it can be a pain to do anything with my braces and Paula was passionate and acted like it didn't phase her at all. Dr. Curington came in to discuss my X-rays with me and immediately made me smile. Her upbeat and caring personality immediately took away the nerves I had going on. She was like a friend explaining what was happening. She told me so many times not to worry and she was going to have me looking fabulous. If everyone could have her personality, this world would be a better place My appointment lasted long (nothing anyone could control, not complaining either) and it was past office hours, but every employee acted as if they were still happy to be there and that it was still normal hours. I of course felt guilty for keeping them there, but they were all still upbeat, smiling, and kind. Natalie was the insurance/financial rep I was with at the end of my visit. Natalie explained everything very professionally to me and gave me a lot of knowledge on what my treatment would be going further. My appointment was Monday, and today I received a thank you card from Janet thanking me for being their patient! I was floored. That kind of customer service is few and far between. I feel valued and appreciated and not just a number or patient to keep them in business. Overall - if you are thinking about visiting this office — please stop hesitating and do it!! I could go on and on but I'm sure no one is still reading this
