Dr. Natalie Hirayama

Dr. Hirayama grew up in Vancouver, BC and graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree and received her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the University of British Columbia. While in dental school, she volunteered at the Vancouver Downtown East Side Dental Clinic where she aided in provided comprehensive oral care to those in underserved communities. Her goal has always been to provide a comfortable and enjoyable dental experience by ensuring each patient is treated with the attention, care, and compassion they deserve. Dr. Hirayama moved to New York to further her education with a General Practice Residency at Jacobi Medical Center. During residency, she received comprehensive training in all aspects of general dentistry, such as cosmetic & restorative procedures, root canal therapy, Invisalign, dental implant restorations, pediatric dentistry, extractions and periodontal treatment. Dr. Hirayama is a member of the American Dental Association. She is constantly seeking new opportunities to learn and stay up to date with the latest dental techniques and technologies. In her free time, Dr. Hirayama enjoys running the East River and drinking matcha.

I am proud of our practice’s commitment to patient centered care. Our office is equipped with advanced dental technology, which allows us to diagnose, plan, and provide treatment to our patients in the most effective and efficient manner.

Which cases do you enjoy treating? Why?

I enjoy treating restorative cases, including crowns, bondings, fillings, and implants. These procedures are considered the fundamentals of dentistry and when given the time and attention to detail they deserve, it can make all the difference in the outcome.
