Dr. Joti Gill

Hello, my name is Dr. Joti Gill. I would like to take a moment to tell you a little bit about myself. I earned my Bachelor of Dental Surgery degree in 1993 from King's College in London, UK. I worked for a few years in the UK before moving to this wonderful Country. Just after I qualified in Canada I established my practice in Brampton in 1997. I'm a good standing member of the Ontario Dental Association and the Academy of General Dentists. I keep my dental education updated through participating in continuing courses. I make an effort to get to know each and everyone of my patient's needs to ensure they're receiving the best dental care I believe helping the community is important. Currently I volunteer with PCHS, an organization dedicated to helping victims of domestic abuse, people with addictions, seniors, and the under-privileged by providing free dental services. Outside of dentistry I enjoy spending time with my young family, reading, and playing tennis or going to hot yoga classes.

Why should patients choose you as their provider instead of others in the area?

I take pride in providing my patients with complete care. I like to educate my patients in dental care and get to know them on a personal level so I can better understand what is important to them and what concerns they have about their oral health. Everyone is different with unique desires and experiences and so providing a "cookie cutter" approach just doesn't work. This philosophy is exemplified throughout my practice. Over the years I have personally hand picked my staff to make sure that we all understand this and so I have managed to assemble an amazing group of people. Cheer-fullness, professionalism, empathy, kindness and a good bedside manner is must for anyone who works with me.

What are the top 3 treatments that you focus on?

I focus on the oral health of my patients and strive to provide complete care to whatever treatments that they require. What are you proud of in your practice?

I'm very proud of the quality of my staff. They are the heart and soul of a good practice in my opinion. They interact everyday with my patients and so I feel good that they will take good care of them. My team works very well together and we enjoy each others company.
