Dr. Frederick Hammond

Dr. Hammond graduated in 1976 from the University of Maryland, School of Dentistry, and was selected for the Gorgas Prosthodontic Honor Society. After the completion of dental school, Dr. Hammond was selected to serve as a General Practice Resident at Naval Hospital, San Diego. He also served as the head of oral surgery at the Naval Hospital Guantanomo Bay, Cuba. Dr. Hammond is inclined towards dental implants and bone graft preparation for dental implants. He enjoys orthognathic surgery, jaw reconstruction, and regular dental oral surgery such as wisdom teeth and dental extractions. He is a member of the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, California Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, the American Dental Association, and the California Dental Association.
