I was very very impressed with the customer service from the front office staff and registration.Excellent!!!!

Staff were courteous, but the wait time was rather long. Also, be advised that you will not be seeing an in-person dentist. Instead, they have a technician scan your mouth with a wand camera and you talk to a dentist virtually.

I didn't see Jessica on my first visit so it's hard to give her a review. The Total Health Care sent me to a welcome center for the new patients taking x-rays and photos of my teeth. The welcome center looks nice.

Had an overall excellent experience at Dr. Jessica Ngo's office. Very nice atmosphere, friendly staff. The hygienist that helped me, Diana, is wonderful, knowledgable and deserves a raise!
