This was one of my best dental visit experiences. Everyone was gentle, thorough, and thoughtful. I had a hard time with getting the xrays done on my back teeth due to sensitive gag reflex and the dental assistant was understanding and tried to be as quick as possible, which I really appreciated. Dr. Fong spent a good amount of time doing the exam and did the cleaning himself. I’m used to other places where you spend most of the time with the hygienist and the dentist pokes his head in for 5 minutes. I’ll definitely be back here!

I found Dr. Fong through Opencare and booked an appointment for a dental cleaning. The location is a little complicated to get to, but the actual clinic is very nice. Dr Fong was great. He patiently walked me through everything and explained everything to me. The cleaning was easy breezy!

Dr. Fong was the best dentist I've ever been to. Honestly, I was nervous about going to the dentist because I have hated all my experiences in the past. He has such a friendly bedside manner, and everyone in his office made me feel so welcome and relaxed. He was very professional, and at the same time enjoyable to talk to!

I have a small mouth, which I failed to disclose before I went in for my first appointment. However, the dental assistant was really sweet when she had to perform the x-rays and bent over backwards to ensure I was the least uncomfortable as possible. Once I saw Dr. Fong for the consultation and cleaning itself, he walked me through the whole process, ensured i knew what he was talking about, and kept the cleaning part of the visit very pleasant. Will definitely be back.

Dr. Fong did all of the (very thorough) cleaning and screening and made sure to discuss everything he found in detail. He was also very kind and we had a lot of pleasant conversation throughout the appointment. I had two small cavities, and he told me that I could come in anytime in the next three months to get them filled, that it wasn't any big rush. I appreciate the honest assessment that it wasn't any kind of dental emergency and that he didn't rush me to deal with it. I'm sure if it had been something that needed immediate attention, he would have told me and his office would have made it happen.
