Bellevue Dentists - Dr Max Saxena and Dr Ellen Vyas

My overall experience was excellent with Dr. Mayank and he explained very well for next steps.

Dr. Mayank is an excellent doctor. He helped me understand every detail and was very patient to answer all my questions.

Dr. Saxena and his assistant Fallon were really great. They explained their diagnosis and the procedure really well and answered all my questions. Great conversations too.

Doctor is experienced and overall great experience with my appointment. He has checked all details and then recommended next course of action

Dr. Saxena has a great chair-side manner, was very patient and walked me through my diagnosis and treatment plan in detail. There were appropriate measures for COVID-19 and the clinic was clean. The reception and staff was friendly and polite.

First visit went well. I showed up, filled out form with patient/insurance info, and was promptly seated when my time came up. Quality of care seemed good, similar to care I received before I moved to the area. My favorite part was how pictures and xrays were explained to give me a better understanding of the care I needed.

Everyone at the office was friendly. I appreciated that they showed we what they were seeing and explaining what they were doing.

The services provided by Dr. max clinic was great. I was helped by Dr. Prakash and he is a wonderful doctor. I didn’t feel the pain or any uncomfortableness during the entire procedure. He also helped me with prioritizing the treatment plans and made sure all of my most important concerns are resolved on same day.

Dr. Mayank Saxena was very informative. He took steps to make sure I understood what is going on and made sure I had an understanding do what the next steps will be. He also answered all of my concerns on the spot. I had a fantastic experience.

The entire office visit was great! The girls at reception are very sweet, an made the check in process simple. This was my best experience ever getting my xrays an my exam. Dr Saxenawas so nice and made sure I understood everything about my future treatment and today as well. He showed concern and addressed my concerns with a real sense of understanding.

I usually don't post reviews online, but here I am posting my 1st ever review after consulting Dr. Mayank Saxena. He listens to us with patience and answers all our queries in very basic & simple terms which we can understand. My personal experience says he is being honest & transparent with patients while discussing on the treatment plans. I definitely recommend this doctor for anyone. Also a very responsive & user-friendly staff.
