What makes your practice special when compared with others in the area?
We offer evening hours on Mondays and are enrolled with numerous PPO insurances. Dr. Tucker and Dr. Fossum have over 20 years of combined dental experience and over 800 continuing education hours.
What are you and your team proud of at your practice?
I think we are proudest of the dental team we have created to aid in the patient's overall dental experience. We have some members that have been there since day one, in 2009, with Dr. Tucker. You will get to see the same faces every time you come in for an appointment. We take pride in not being pushy or sales oriented. They have individual TVs with the sound on that you can change which was great. The office was easy to find, parking was ample, and my appointment started on time. Even though I need some work done, he was open about all the information I needed and honest about what he feels I should do. Also, the hygienist was very very good at her job. She cleaned up areas of my mouth that other's had missed (my wisdom teeth). My hygienist (I can't recall her name - sorry!) was great and explained everything she was doing so I was very comfortable. They had a TV so I could watch while she cleaned/X-rayed, which was pretty cool. Brent was personable and knowledgeable as well.
