He was very kind and calm. Made me feel at ease, and was very thorough in explaining exactly what was happening and why.

I have not been to the dentist in years!!! Staff made is very easy. They are very professional and knowledgeable.

He has a high ability to communicate with the patient and he has a good flexibility in dealing with the patient.

Very professional and makes a good effort on keeping patient knowledgable on what is going on with their teeth prior to doing any treatment.

Overall a good appointment. Dr. Ferguson was knowledgeable and I learned several valuable items from him. They were also flexible to work around my work schedule which was great. Only reason not 5 stars was because it was not the most time efficient appointment which led to me needing to take a later train home. To be fair, I did not communicate my time constraint so it may have been different had I let them know. Overall a positive experience.

He's really nice and makes you feel calm. He reminds me of the doctor from Law and Order SVU. :)
