I was under the impression that I would be getting a cleaning, as this is what i signed up for. I was told that they do not do cleanings on the first visit, which I found odd. I also was not told until all of my intake and xrays were taken. I would not have come here if I had known. Also, I felt very pressured to set up additional appointments for procedures my previous dentist had not recommended to me.
