Incredible experience with West Ajax Dental. Li is the loveliest human who ensured we had a seamless intake experience, from consult, coordination of benefits, and appointment scheduling. She went above and beyond to ensure that our first appointment went seamlessly, communicating with us via text if and/when I had not been accessible during business hours by phone. Mariam, my hygienist, was kind, warm, and comforting. She took the time to thoughtfully respond to all of my questions. Dr. Lana was exceptionally thorough and attentive, taking the time to explain every step of my care plan and ensuring I felt comfortable and informed throughout the process.
