Dental Works Airdrie

I walked into the office and was greeted right away not only by Julia but also by an inviting atmosphere. There were different textures and colours on the wall, fireplace, comfy couches and a coffee station. It looked more like a spa than a dental office. Julia was very friendly, and helpful. I filled out my first-time paperwork and brought it back to Julia, who noted I missed a page so I grabbed it and as I was filling it out, I met Linda. She was very warm, helpful and friendly as well. So I then went and sunk into the couches waiting to be called (I was 15 min early) During this time, another person came into the office for an appointment, and Julia greeted them by name and they went and sat down. I was then called into the office for my X-rays and cleaning. This is where I met Kevin. Kevin is the dentist. He went over my teeth and performed the cleaning while Julia assisted. They were very attentive to my needs, and Kevin was not only very knowledgeable, but friendly, and had a way about him that made me feel comfortable and safe. That means a lot coming from someone like me with my dental history. He answered all of my questions, showed me my x-rays and explained what I was looking at, gave me some tips and tricks for better oral healthcare, and even suggested some changes we can do to make my life easier when it comes to my oral health. I have only been there once, but I would 100% suggest this practice to my friends and family just solely based on the environment, and the people themselves. Dental work will always give me anxiety, but I feel this place will be my new dental go to. Thank you so much.

Just a great experience all around. Staff were friendly and courteous. Explanations were clear. A lot of care was taken to confirm I was comfortable before and during each procedure.
