Receive Your Reward via Email
Receive your reward after we confirm your submission. Rewards are sent directly to you via email. Rewards are fulfilled with 3-5 business days.

Am I Eligible?
You complete a new patient exam and another dental service, such as a cleaning. Dental consultations, including x-rays, do not qualify for rewards.
You are at least 18 years old on the date of your appointment.
You have not claimed an Opencare reward in the past 2 years.
You are not an existing patient of the dental practice.
You are not using government funded insurance (e.g., Medicaid, Medicare, provincial health plans in Canada, or the Canada Dental Care Plan)
Your appointment was booked using the name on your Opencare account. If one account was used to book appointments or two or more patients, only one patient will be able to claim a reward.

Frequently Asked Questions
I submitted my claim. When will I receive the gift card?

Our Rewards team will review your claim and eligibility within 3-4 business days.

Once it's validated, we will send you the redemption link to your registered email address, so you can redeem your reward.

However, if you've submitted the claim and have not heard back after 4 business days, please email us at support@opencare.com with a brief description of the inquiry or just hit the 'Submit a Request' button in the upper right-hand corner of the screen-- either way, you'd still be able to reach us!

How do I check my offer status?

After submitting your Offer Claim, you can monitor its progress by selecting the Offer Status tab within your Opencare account.

Important: Dental clinics are not privy to details regarding Opencare rewards. The reward is from Opencare and not from the dental practices.

If you have any questions or have encountered issues doing so, please log into the app or reach out directly to Opencare Support via email at support@opencare.com or simply click on the Chat widget to chat with us.

Why do only certain appointments qualify for rewards?

Only completed appointments that include a combination of a new patient exam and another dental service (like a cleaning) qualify for Opencare rewards.

Our goal at Opencare is to find you a fantastic new dentist who can take care of your oral health for the long haul. Establishing a relationship with a great dentist is the best way to invest in your long-term oral health, and our Rewards Program is one of the ways we try to inspire you to get things started.
