Alex is also a strong team builder, who has established development, testing and maintenances processes in multiple organizations. One of his greatest achievements was designing and implementing special programming language and IDE for automation of engineering calculations, which is currently used by over 2,000 engineers in Europe. He also wrote and published 5 books on software development, which are used by the university he studied at.

Karthik previously built a software services firm, where he developed numerous successful e-commerce and eHealth products for clients, such as the Canadian Federal Manager for the SARS outbreaks. He also consulted several hospitals in Southwestern Ontario to optimize their staff and patient care operations. Karthik also helped build StartupNorth, Canada’s largest online community of entrepreneurs and venture capitalists.
