Anne fell in love with pilates after her first class. With its focus on core strength and mind/body awareness, it was just the workout she was looking for. After several years into her own practice, she pursued her teacher certification in matwork, the cadillac and the chair with Movement for Health in 2007. Remarkably, she found that pilates was such an effective, and rehabilitative mode of exercise for those dealing with numerous issues and has worked with a diverse range of students, including seniors, dancers, athletes and musicians. She has found that we all share a common ground-the body is meant to move and pilates plays a key role in establishing a long-standing relationship between the body and the mind. And as pilates evolves, Anne continues her education by consistently attending courses, workshops and conferences to bring this information to her clients in order to give them their best possible sessions."Pilates Instructor
